These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using toeluna.com (the "Site") and buying products from it. The Site is operated by THG GLOBAL LLC ("Toeluna," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Contract

A contract between you and us is formed when you complete checkout and we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly and refund any amount you have paid.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on each product page. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Returns and Refunds

5. Our Products

Toeluna shoes are casual everyday footwear offered in unisex EU sizes. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our shoes are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Information on the Site does not replace advice from a doctor or other health professional.

Multi-pair packs (2 Pairs or 3 Pairs) include the stated number of pairs in the color and size you select.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not place orders using false information, buy products for resale without our permission, interfere with the operation of the Site, or use the Site in any way that breaks the law.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site belong to us or to their rightful owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or carrier problems. This does not limit our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on the Site. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts where you live. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
