Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on toeluna.com, operated by THG GLOBAL LLC ("Toeluna," "we," "us").

1. Where We Ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States. For other countries, shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped from our fulfillment partner in China within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery to the United States usually takes about 7-14 business days after dispatch. Delivery to other countries may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may be delayed by customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking information may take a few days to update. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because our orders ship from outside your country, import duties or taxes may apply. Any duties or taxes collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Any duties or taxes charged on delivery that were not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We will do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
